How do I register / signup?
Click on SIGN UP. Enter required details in the form, accept T & C and click on ‘Signup’. Once your sign up is successful you will receive a welcome mail from CODNIX.
How do I design products ?
Its easy to design products in few easy steps. Click on the product you like design. Design screen will appear. if you want to change photo or edit photo click on photo.
Is there any charge on uploading ?
No. All are included in price
How do I save my Project/Design ?
After Design Calendar, Click the “Cart” button at top of the screen . It will ask you for name, you can keep any name.
I have completed my design, how should I proceed to order?
After previewing your design, you will need to verify and approve your design before proceeding to order. Click “Add to cart”, your design will be added to your shopping cart. After checking the details you can check out and make payment. You will receive an email from us confirming your order.
Where can I view my past projects?
After opening app, click on Project Menu at bottom.
I cannot edit a saved project in "My Projects
You can only edit the projects which are not already added to the cart. Once you add the project to cart cannot be edited. If you wish to change the design, you may ‘Remove’ the project from cart.
Can I change the quantity of items in the shopping cart ?
Yes. Once in the shopping cart you can edit the quantity needed and click the Update Quantity button.
Can I delete an order in the shopping cart ?
Yes. In the shopping cart, click the REMOVE button for the item you would like to delete.
What payment options do you support ?
We are supporting credit card, debit card, net banking, paytm wallet etc.
How will you ship my order ?
All orders are shipped, by courier or via the post.
Can my order be shipped to my home?
Yes. Your order can be shipped anywhere in India. You need to enter the address where the product is to be shipped during your check out. Shipping charges will be extra. Shipping rates are generated automatically when you enter your address.
How will i know if my order has been proceed and delivered?
You can track order status in app. Click on Orders Menu at bottom.
Orders statuses are:
PLACED: When your payment done. (We may call for confirmation)
UNDER PROCESS: Your details are verified and order under printing process.
DISPATCHED: Order delivered via courier or post. (order will be delivered at your location as per given date)
I want to cancel my order, who should I contact ?
Send us your order details immediately after placing order. The order can be cancelled or edited only if it hasn’t gone into production. Once the order is printed, it is not possible to make changes or ask for a refund.
The product I received is defective. Can I get a replacement ?
Send us the order details along with photos and video of the damaged product and any other relevant information. We will analyze and accordingly inform you about pick-up of the damaged product and provide a replacement.
Make sure you will create video while opening courier.
Who should I contact in case I have any other complaint or feedback on my order ?
Click on Contact Us link and send us your complaint or feedback on given email id(firstname.lastname@example.org).

Refund and Cancellation
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or withdrawn. When the Goods ordered by you are not available from stock, You shall be notified and given the option to either wait until the Goods are available from stock or cancel the order. Upon such cancellation of your Orders, we shall make the repayment in full the amount, if the amount is already paid by you.
Do you offer gift wrapping ?
No, gift wrapping option is not yet available with us.
I gave a wrong pincode, can you please change it ?
Yes, you can mail us your revised address details at firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of placing the order. Please dont forget to mention order number in mail subject.
Does ordering require an account ?
Yes, in order to place an order you need to have an account with us. To create an account click on ‘Register’. There is no restriction on the number of photos that the user can upload and use in the design.
